How fees work
Plain answers on paying for care, before you book.
Insurance we work with
We bill most PPO plans for chiropractic visits. What a plan pays differs from plan to plan, so we check yours first. Massage is usually not covered by insurance, so we talk about how you would like to pay for it before your visit.

If you pay yourself
If you pay yourself, your chiropractor or massage therapist tells you the fee for each part of your visit before it happens, and you pay at the visit. The front desk can give you our fee list.
Receipts for reimbursement
After each visit we can give you an itemized receipt. If your plan reimburses out-of-network care you can send it to them, and the plan decides what it pays.
An estimate in advance
If you do not use insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. We give you a written estimate in advance, before your first visit, and answer your questions about it.
Checking your benefits
Our front desk checks your benefits before your first visit and calls you with what they find, including any copay or deductible. You can also ask your plan about chiropractic visits.
What the first visit includes
The first visit takes 45 to 60 minutes. Follow-up visits are usually 20 to 30 minutes, and massage visits can be longer.
