Before you come in
A few things that help you prepare for your visit.
What should I wear?
Wear clothes you can move in. You stay dressed for the exam, and your clinician tells you before asking you to change anything.
How long is a visit?
A first visit is usually 45 to 60 minutes. Follow-up visits are usually 20 to 30 minutes, or longer for massage.
Can I come the same day?
Sometimes. Call the front desk and we will tell you what is open.
Where do I park?
There is street parking on SE Hawthorne Boulevard and the side streets nearby. Call us if you need help planning your arrival.
